DexKo Global agrees to acquire TexTrail Inc

Global leader is trailer running gear, chassis and components DexKo Global has signed an agreement to acquire TexTrail Inc from American Trailer World. Established in 1980 and with more than 30 locations throughout North America, TexTrail is a supplier of trailer parts, accessories, tires and wheels to trailer manufacturers, dealers and repair shops throughout its network. It has developed a reputation as one of the leading suppliers of trailer parts and accessories in the industry. The acquisition agreement by DexKo Global includes two other entities that TexTrail itself acquired in 2022: Wholesale Trailer Supply LLX and Marius Garon Inc.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed and the acquisition, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the fourth quarter in 2022.
