Management team changes at First Camp

Scandinavia’s largest campsite chain First Camp has announced a series of changes and investments to its management team that will help it to continue to be successful. A new chief technology officer role has been created which will be taken by Adam Fall, while regional manager of the company’s South Region, Benita Jonsson, has been appointed as acting COO, replacing Ola Enquist who has moved on to a new assignment.

Having previously worked as CIO for bus and train operator Transdev, Adam Fall bring extensive relevant experience and expertise to First Camp. The company’s CEO, Johan Söör, said: “In recent years, the First Camp Group has established itself as one of the leading camping chains globally in terms of digital development, with AI-based technology for marketing and pricing and its acquisition of Jesperhus Feriepark, which has Denmark’s largest YouTube Channel for young families. Seeing plenty of exciting opportunities going forward as well, we decided to establish a new role as CTO. The interest has been great and given Adam’s strategic and operational ability combined with his solid background in IT and tech from several different industries, we are very pleased to have recruited him to this role”

Benita Jonsson will take the role of acting COO with recruitment for a permanent solution to commence soon. Johan said: “I feel very good about Benita accepting the appointment as acting COO. This ensures stability and a continued clear course forward as we approach the summer season. In recent years, Benita has delivered great results in our Region Syd, and she is also a highly valued leader. I want to thank Ola Enquist for his contributions during what has been an intense few years.”
