Paris to host FICC World Congress in October 2021

Verrières-le-Buisson in Paris, France will play host to the second ever World Congress, organised by the Federation Internationale de Camping, Caravanning et Autocaravaning (FICC). The congress will take place from 28 to 29 October 2021 with the theme of ‘the impact of digitalization and sustainability on camping tourism’.

The two-day event will include presentations, discussions, workshops and reflections on three major topics: consumers, campsites and the industry of camping, caravanning and motor caravanning.

Confirmed speakers so far include FICC president João Alves Pereira, Campercontact’s Stan Stolwerk and Jerko Sladoljev with more to be confirmed in the lead up to the event. 

The F.I.C.C. AISBL, was founded in 1933, with 16 clubs from seven countries. Today, it is constituted by 77 Federations and Clubs from 39 countries representing about eight million consumers. It is a unique force that, through its technical commissions, represents, protects and promotes camping, caravanning and motor-caravanning at national and international level.
