REV Group, which owns RV brands including Fleetwood RV, Renegade RV and American Coach, has announced some changes within its leadership team that take place with immediate effect. The company’s CFO, Mark Skonieczny, has been appointed as interim chief executive officer after Rod Rushing stepped down as president, CEO and member of the board of directors. Mark will join the REV Group board of directors effective immediately and remain as chief financial officer. His interim role as CEO will go on until the role is permanently filled.

“On behalf of the board of directors, I want to thank Rod for his dedication and contributions to REV Group over the past three years,” stated Paul Bamatter, chairman of REV Group’s board of directors. “During his tenure, Rod has played an important role in positioning REV Group for long-term success, while leading the company through a challenging period that included COVID-19, rapidly rising inflation, and supply chain disruptions. We wish him all the best.”

Mark Skonieczny added: “I appreciate the opportunity to serve as interim CEO and I’m committed to working closely with the board and our strong management team to drive improved operational performance and financial results. We have many opportunities ahead and I look forward to engaging with the company’s customers, employees, shareholders and other stakeholders throughout the coming weeks.”
