Taxa Outdoors partners with Public Lands

Leading United States-based outdoor camping trailer manufacturer Taxa Outdoors has partnered with Dick’s Sporting Goods subsidiary Public Lands to showcase its adventure equipment in stores. The first Taxa Outdoors showcase will take place in Public Lands’ newest retail store in Framingham, Massachusetts on 14 October.

Taxa Outdoors founder and chief design officer, Garrett Finney, said: “Taxa is proud to partner with Public Lands! Public Lands’ innovative stores are inspiring consumers to think differently about their outdoor experience and fully embrace the diversity of ways people choose to get outside. We’re very excited to be showcased with a retail partner so aligned in our shared missions to inspire adventure and diversity in the outdoors experience. Out is in!”

Meanwhile, Public Lands VP GMM, Alan Epler, added: “We are thrilled to partner with TAXA.  Their habitats are incredibly well-designed and The Woolly Bear provides a tremendous in-store experience for our Explorers.  Together, we are able to reach a uniquely different consumer segment and inspire them to get outdoors, which is a shared goal of both companies.”

TAXA Outdoors was founded by Garrett Finney, a former NASA Space architect that desired a modern, lightweight, durable camper that could fit the whole family and still provide the best part of the tent camping experience. Today, TAXA’s product line-up features four habitats, all of which are towed behind a vehicle and fit in the modern tent camper’s urban life.  The Public Lands store in Framingham, MA will showcase TAXA’s smallest product line the Woolly Bear.
