Family RV Group sold to RV Retailer LLC

Leading family office investment firm Kidd & Company has announced that it has sold the Family RV Group to one of the USA’s largest privately-held RV dealers RV Retailer LLC. Family RV, a speciality retailer of new and used recreational vehicles based in Cincinnati, Ohio, has 12 locations across the state as well as in Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Georgia.

The acquisition for RV Retailer comes just a few weeks after it confirmed it had also bought one of the premier family-owned RV dealerships in Carolina: Carolina Coach & Camper, taking the number of stores it owned to 55. This purchase of Family RV Group will add a further 12 locations.
